Hey everyone! This is probably my last entry because things are gonna be pretty crazy the next 2 days.

School is out but I have exams everyday for the next week and 1/2. Caitlin is leaving for nationals tomorrow morning but I have a mandatory exam Friday morning, ah! So I guess the plan is to take the test, drive to the airport, fly and make it to the meet 3 hours before my race. That is if everything goes well. Hopefully no delays!!

Anyway, I'm really excited to race and I've been feeling great. It should be a good time. Maybe I'll see some of you there! Thanks for checking in, this was fun!

HEYYA! I just got home from watching a track meet and running a nice cruise workout. The track meet was pretty cool, my brother Matthew is in 2nd grade and he ran the 100, 200 and 400! I'm not sure of the times except I know his 400 was 1:44, not too shabby!

So tonight there was this awards banquet for all sports throughout the year (including XC and indoor) where athletes receive recognition for being either most outstanding or most improved in their sport. This was the first year I was not invited. Guess that'll happen...

But anyway! Nationals is in 4 days and I only have 1 more day of school. SCORE!

Hey! It's been awhile, Caitlin and I went to the International meet in NJ and then spent the night and hung out at the beach. It was a blast! The race was interesting, I went out with the pack at 67 for the first 400 which was kinda rough but oh well.

Anyway at the meet I was asked alot of questions about what's been going on this season and I'm sure you're all interested too with all of the rumors being passed around. As stated on dyestat earlier this season, I was injured with IT band syndrome.

There were some other personal issues but there is no need to go into all of that. Bottom line, I needed to focus on my needs for healing and getting back on track slowly. I took 5 weeks off, started running again for about 1 week until I got really sick and had to take another week off. In the mist of all of this, CAitlin was also injured so we were keeping eachother positive.

Things were very frustrating for awhile but the both of us are finally back to top notch and we're happy. Sooo that's the true story, you heard it from me.

Anyway, enough with that! NATIONALS IN 5 DAYS! Talk to you all tomorrow!
