our team is going through a weird phase of dance parties every few weeks. Kuhn's pueblo provides the perfect atmosphere for some major....dancing. yes, the ladies do come. after we permantley kicked derus out, the next should be a 'off da hook', but always some major drama takes place :(.

Mr. Jeremiah Kuhn himself and I will accompany the best runners this state has to offer on November 4th at St. Olaf. Unfortunately, so do seven others who will be filling up the bottom of the results sheet and singing songs doing it. ABNER!

Tomorrow is the start what will hopefully be a successful xc season. After the grass of Milaca is pounded, Subway will be my next focus. Yum.

a breath of fresh air. hopefully my hard work has paid off. varsity and derus spent the afternoon at valley fair. good start to the year.

| Bagel Bite Marathon |
26.2 bagel bites of pure torture. winning the eating portion and a 4th in the run isn't too bad. overall winner. whatev.

| 30:28 Challenge |
this challenge was to mimic the pace of the great eric derus' 30:28 5k at milaca in 04. the team got together at our home course and prepared for our 10 min. mile journey. i took runner-up to the only kid slow enough to run it (derus).
