Getting Invited To The
2008 Arcadia Invitational

The Arcadia Invitational annually sends an “interest postcard” or email to the head track and field coaches at more than 1,500 schools on our mailing list by early January. If you have not received this email or misplaced it, please send an email ASAP to meet director Rich Gonzalez @ ArcadiaInvite@aol.com to request full meet information.

Schools will usually appear on our email list in one of two ways: Any school that has competed Arcadia in the past usually remains on our mailing list for the next five years. Additionally, any school that has a returning athlete which ranks among the national leaders (usually among the top 15 athletes per event) in his/her respective event from the previous year is also sent an email.

Schools that respond and decide to compete at Arcadia in 2008 must first declare an intent to compete by email to ArcadiaInvite@aol.com

Coaches that complete this simple step by the declaration deadline of March 1st will be emailed a username and password so he/she can submit their school's entry requests via our online meet registration module at www.EPIsports.com  Deadline to submit all of your athlete entry requests is 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, March 23rd. Seeding will take place the week following, with athlete acceptances being posted online on April 2nd.

All subsequent meet information will be posted online at www.arcadiainvitational.org
