The Arcadia Invitational welcomes coverage by all television, radio, Internet and print media outlets, so long as credential requests have been approved beforehand.

Media must submit credential requests on company letterhead by email or Fax only and all requests must be submitted no later than 11:59 a.m. on Friday, April 4th, 2008. The name of the outlet and name(s) of the reporter(s) covering the event must be listed on the request. The request can be Faxed to (626) 445-8564 or emailed to ArcadiaInvite@aol.com

Accredited media outlets wishing to cover the 2008 Arcadia Invitational are asked to abide by all credentials requirements and deadlines.

Phone lines will be made available to all deadline journalists wishing to 'file' their stories/photos. Phone lines for transmitting are located within 100 yards of the track. Copies of results of all events will be made available to each member of the media as soon after each event as possible.

** No video of the event may be transmitted or reproduced and shown by media outlets via the Internet without direct approval granted from the meet director at least seven days prior to the event.
