\nHow many at-large teams have finished better than Monarch, if any?

\nOnly including the regional years (since it could be argued that pre-2007 every team was at-large), there have been four that finished higher and two more that finished fifth.

\n#4 East Aurora NY girls 2012
\n#4 Loyola Academy IL boys 2009

\n
\nFayetteville-Manlius: Girls 2nd, Boys 4th
\n
\nCarmel: Girls 4th, Boys 5th
\n
\nWayzata: Girls 1st, Boys 15th

\nDavis UT: Girls 3rd, Boys 17th

\nSouthlake Carroll: Boys 14th, Girls 17th

\nInteresting that the top four girls team in the country this year come from schools where the boys also qualified for NXN.","date_added":"Dec 10th 2013, 4:01am","nest":0,"liked":false,"member":{"wally_id":"1082747","email_settings":"4294967295","email":"dbind4@aol.com","address":"DougB","gender":"u","member_id":"44418","member_name":"DougB","avatar_location":"av-44418.jpg","avatar_type":"upload","avatar":"\/\/www.runnerspace.com\/forum\/uploads\/av-44418.jpg"},"can_delete":false,"item_id":198252,"item_type":"news","pb_image":"\/\/www.runnerspace.com\/forum\/uploads\/av-44418.jpg","pb_title":"DougB","pb_url":"profile.php?member_id=44418","pb_url_dns":"https:\/\/DougB.runnerspace.com\/","pb_wally_id":"1082747"},"932583":{"pb_id":"44418","pb_type":"members","likes":"0","parent_id":"0","pid":"932583","comment_id":"932583","member_id":"44418","comment":"I remember noticing a few minutes into the race, when the girls passed by the grandstand the first time, that Unionville (aka Kennett) was very far back. I'm not surprised to see that they were 17th at the first split. After a rough start they did a pretty good job clawing back up to 7th.","date_added":"Dec 10th 2013, 3:56am","nest":0,"liked":false,"member":{"wally_id":"1082747","email_settings":"4294967295","email":"dbind4@aol.com","address":"DougB","gender":"u","member_id":"44418","member_name":"DougB","avatar_location":"av-44418.jpg","avatar_type":"upload","avatar":"\/\/www.runnerspace.com\/forum\/uploads\/av-44418.jpg"},"can_delete":false,"item_id":198252,"item_type":"news","pb_image":"\/\/www.runnerspace.com\/forum\/uploads\/av-44418.jpg","pb_title":"DougB","pb_url":"profile.php?member_id=44418","pb_url_dns":"https:\/\/DougB.runnerspace.com\/","pb_wally_id":"1082747"},"932551":{"pb_id":"43715","pb_type":"members","likes":"0","parent_id":"0","pid":"932551","comment_id":"932551","member_id":"43715","comment":"Here's the girls breakdown, first by weighted average time and also including ROUGH score (score is questionable, as there are many ties that aren't broken)
