site won't let me watch video content I paid for a plus subscription

I can't find any way to contact someone from RS to help me. I have a paid in full plus membership (bought in February). I have been trying to watch video content of Drake and Penn Relays and the site keeps telling me to buy/upgrade to a plus membership. Does anyone know how to reach someone at this company to help resolve this issue? I am paying a lot of money for nothing.
