Correction - Rick Reedy Ranger Relays (TX) + Miscellaneous Help

The Rick Reedy Ranger Relays have every event in Yards instead of Meters. As a result, no one's performances in those events registers as "Elite" status. The meet date should also be 2013-03-29 instead of 2013-04-06.

Also, when I signed up, it said I would receive a confirmation email, but I never did. Nothing appeared in my inbox or my spam folder.

Meet is fixed. Meet was hand timed so adjustments were made.
