Boys – Matt Tegenkamp (Lee’s Summit), 2009, 15:26.7

Girls – Merideth Snow (Eureka), 2005, 17:51.4

The state meet record on the girls side is in serious jeopardy with Taylor Werner and Hannah Long in the meet. Noah Kauppila may have Tegenkamp's record in mind.
