Thanks Trainfast. How did she do this season in comparison to fellow IL frosh Anna Sophia Keller?
Trainfast
Doug, she never went head to head with Anna as Effingham is further down state: however, she beat Mimi Smith at the first meet of the year. Then beat Madeline Perez twice(now in fairness, Perez was coming off an injury) but did beat her at state pretty convincingly only losing to Smith(just not the leg speed of Mimi) the last 200m....I did see her run and win Sectionals(qualifying meet for state) by 38 seconds....I know that Anna ran 10 seconds faster than Alexa but losing only once(state meet) tells me head to head it would at least be interesting...thanks why it's decided on the course and not on paper. Makes for great debate...thanks Doug and I will keep on supporting Cross Country and Dyestat as well...I announce some of the major meets and my way of giving back. Thanks again Doug...

Doug, I know that you do a great job but you have to include Alexa Haff, Freshman in this list of top 30 girls nationally. If at all, Honorable Mention but I have to think the national list is more worthy. 2nd Place at state in Illinois only losing twice all year and with a 16:449(short 3 miles by very little) she is worthy of nomination. I understand she did not run Foot Locker or NXN but I think that is a brilliant move on her coach's part. Still young and developing and wanting her to have a great 4 years and beyond and not just a great 1 year campaign. Just my two cents...
