Here are the Performance of the Week nominees for the week ending March 30.

- John Dressel, North Spokane WA: Placed 27th overall at the IAAF World  Cross Country Championships and was the top U.S. runner in the junior men's race in China.

 

- Alex Rogers, New Braunfels Canyon TX: Won the 3,200 meters at the Texas Relays with US#4 8:58.53.

 

-  Marcus McWilliams, Pflugerville TX: Ran US#1 13.63 in the 110-meter hurdles at the Texas Relays.

 

- Norman Grimes, Canyon TX: Achieved a US#1 time of 36.10 seconds in the 300 hurdles at the Texas Relay.

 

- Kerwin Roach, North Shore TX: Moved to US#1 in the triple jump with 50-8 at the Texas Relays.

 

- Brandon Bray, China Spring TX: He won beat a competitive field in the pole vault at Texas Relays with 17-1.

 

- Mondo Duplantis, Lafayette LA: The freshman broke the national class record by almost 10 inches in going 17-1 at the Texas Relays.

 

- Devin Clark, Smithson Valley TX: She kicked off her season in the 1600 meters at the Texas Relays, winning in a time of 4:47.49, which is US#3.

 

- Julia Heymach, Lamar TX: The sophomore beat Maddy Reed in a challenging race and ran US#2 10:19.23 for the win at the Texas Relays.

 

- Tonea Marshall, Seguin TX: She ran a sensational time of 13.27 in the 100 meters hurdles at the Texas Relays, although it was wind-aided (4.0w)..

 

- Samantha Gonzalez, Creekview TX: She ran US#1 41.89 in the 300 meter hurdles at the Texas Relays.

 

- Tara Davis, Agoura CA: She doubled at Texas Relays with US#1 40-11.50 in the triple jump and US#2 19-7 in the long jump (for second place).

 

- Ian Mack, Green Valley NV: Ran US#2 10.46 in the 100 meters at Las Vegas Track Classic.

 

- Vashti Cunningam, Bishop Gorman NV: After clearing 6-2, took three solid attempts at the 22-year-old national record by moving the high jump bar to 6-4.25 at the Las Vegas Track Classic.

 

- Dajour Braxton, Centennial NV: Ran US#6 4:10.61 in the 1600 at the Las Vegas Track Classic.

 

- Austin Tamagno, Brea Olinda CA: Ran US#1 4:06.26 for the full mile at the adidas Azusa Distance Meet of Champions.

 

- Hudson Keffer, Central Kitsap WA: Threw US#1 206-9 in the javelin in a dual meet against Bellarmine Prep.

 

- Cole Christman, Wenatchee WA: Ran US#4 4:09.94 in the 1,600 meters at the Eastmont Classic.

 

- Teahna Daniels, First Academy FL: Ran a wind-aided 11.27 in the 100 meters at the Texas Relays (4.4w).

 

- Carlton Orange, Memphis U TN: Ran a US#1 1:50.94 in the 800 meters at the Sugar Bowl Classic in Louisiana.

 

- Lindsay Graham, Glenbard West IL: Ran a flat track 10:22.53 in the 3200 meters that was the top performance at the Illinois Top Times Indoor Championships.

 

- Greg Vann, Rio Mesa CA: Jumped a US#1 24-10.50 at the ASICS Mt. Carmel Invitational.

 

- Zaria Francis, Rio Mesa CA: Running unattached in the San Diego State Aztec Invitational, clocked US#1 23.60 in the 200 and US#2 11.59 in the 100 meters.

 

- St. Thomas Aquinas FL girls: They ran a US#1 1:35.93 to win the 4x200 relay at the Texas Relays, good for No. 13 all-time.

 

- Marshall TX boys: Ran US#1 1:24.26 in the 4x200 relay at the Texas Relays. It's No. 16 all-time. They also ran US#2 3:14.05 in the 4x400.
