Here are this week's nominees for the Run of the Week. Lots of good choices to select from this week. Please choose two. 

 

- Ty Jordan, Chugiak AK: He won the Class 4A state title in Anchorage on a muddy track in 15:48.

- Molly Gellert , West Anchorage AK: She won the Class 4A title and posted the fastest time for girls at the Alaska state meet with 18:58.

- Katie Rainsberger, Air Academy CO: She smashed her own course record at Arizona's Desert Twilight with 16:23.32.

- Garek Bielzczyc, SLC East UT: The senior ran 14:20.2 for 3 miles and won by 43 seconds at the Cedar City Invitational.

- Noah Affolder, Carthage NY: He ran a meet record 14:14.9 in the seeded AA race at the McQuaid Invitational (3 miles).

- Abbey Wheeler, Elmira NY: She finished second to Canadian Shona McCullough by .04 seconds at the McQuaid Invitational, but her time of 16:36.1 was well under the existing meet record.

- Graeme Schroeder, Tahoma WA: He ran the fastest time of the day at the Sunfair Invitational with 15:29.2 on th 3-mile course in Yakima. 

- Nathan Pixler, Eastlake WA: The senior won the Twilight Invitational 5K in Marysville, WA with 15:11 -- 42 seconds faster than when he ran it last year. 

- Marshall Beatty, Sentinel MT: He ran 14:57.1 to win the Butte Invitational on a 3-mile course at more than a mile elevation.

- Annie Hill Glacier MT: She ran 17:02.9 for 3 miles to win the Butte invitational in Montana.

- Daniel Bernal, Eastwood TX: He ran 15:00 to win the sweepstakes boys race at the 5K Desert Twilight in Arizona.

- Sam Worley, NB Canyon TX: He ran 14:45.3 for 3 miles at the McNeil invitational at Old Settlers Park in Texas.

- Ashton Endsley, Abilene TX: She ran 17:00.4 for 3 miles at the McNeil Invitational at Old Settlers Park in Texas.

- Chelsea Drum, Jackson MO: She was the fastest girl at the Chile Pepper Invitational in Arkansas, with 17:46.3 for 5,000 meters.

- Reed Brown, Southlake Carroll TX: He won a sprint to the finish to win the Chile Pepper Invitational in Arkansas with 15:06.4.

- Mikayla Sodersten, Clovis CA: She ran a course record 17:20 for 3 miles at the Golden West Invitational. 

- Austin Tamagno, Brea Olinda CA: He ran 14:38.4 at his season opener in the Century Conference Preview meet in Irvine (3 miles). 

- Keagan Smith, Huntley IL: He won the 3A boys race at the Peoria Central Invitational in 14:26.8 (3 Miles).

- Maryjeanne Gilbert, Peoria Notre Dame IL: She ran away from everyone in the Class 2A/1A girls race at the Peoria Central Invitational and won by 40 seconds with 16:34.1.

- Lindsey Payne, Glenbard West IL: The sophomore sensation ran 16:43 for a 46-second victory at the Wheaton North Falcon Classic.

- Rebecca Story, Christian Academy TN: The sophomore ran 16:57.5 to beat a loaded girls field at the Jesse Owens Classic at Indian Mounds, Alabama.

- Rafaella Gibbons, Winter Park FL: She won the FSU Pre-State Invitaitional in Tallahassee in 17:44.6.

- Steven Cross, Merritt Island FL: He ran 15:21.1 to win the top boys race at the FSU Pre-State Invitational.

- Andrew Jordan, Watkins Memorial OH: He ran 15:08 at the Midwest Meet of Champions in Ohio.

- Julia Heymach, Lamar TX: She had a dominant win at Nike South with a time of 17:35.1 for 5K at The Woodlands.

- Sielle Kearney, Traverse City Central MI: The sophomore ran 5K in 17:25.4 to win the Running Fit Coaching Legends Invitational in Brighton. 

- Lydia Olivere, Padua DE: The sophomore went to Pennsylvania and put on an impressive performance with a victory at the Paul Short Invitational. She ran 17:49 on the difficult Bethlehem course.

- Jaret Carpenter, Wayzata MN: He won the Willmar Invitational in Minnesota with a strong 15:36.3 for 5K.

- Tim Bason, West Windsor-Plainsboro South NJ: On a blustery day at Holmdel Park, Bason posted the fastest time at the Shore Coaches Invitational with 15:58.

- Alyssa Aldridge, Mainland Regoinal NJ: She posted the fastest time of the day for girls at the Shore Coaches Invitational with 18:20.
