Jessica Lawson, Corning NY: She ran a new course record for girls at the 2.5-mile Manhattan Invitational in the Eastern States Championship at Van Cortlandt Park: 13:53.9. 

Judy Pendergast, Naperville North IL: She ran a blistering time of 16:15 for 3 miles at the Naperville Twilight.

Noah Affolder, Carthage NY: The junior posted the fastest time of the day on the 2.5-mile course at historic Van Cortlandt Park to win the Eastern States race at the Manhattan Invitational.

Phillip Rocha, Arcadia CA: He ran 14:58 to win the boys championship race at the Clovis Invitational. 

Destiny Collins, Great Oak CA: She won the Clovis Invitational championship race for the second year in a row, leading her team to the title with 17:36.7.

Cate Ratliff, Santa Cruz CA: She ran the second-fastest time ever (16:42) on the famed Crystal Springs cross country course. 

Ben Veatch, Carmel IN: He won the Noblesville sectional with a course record 14:53 for 5K. 

Brandon Marquez, unattached, FL: Running in an open division race at the Disney Classic in Flroida, he won by more than a minute in 15:15.

Alek Parsons, Ogden UT: The senior avenged an earlier loss and outran Garek Bielaczyc of Salt Lake City East at the Region 5 meet, 14:43 to 14:44 (5K).

Courtney Wayment, Davis UT: She ran 16:58 to smash a course record in Layton at the UT Region 2 championships.

Ella Donaghu, Grant OR: She ran 16.59.6 for 5K at the Sandelie XC Classic in Wilsonville, OR. 

Justin Janke, North Central WA: He won the Richland Invitational with 15:06 (3 miles). That's 39 seconds faster than he ran it last year.

Ahmed Muhumed, West Salem OR: He ran 14:56.8 at the Sandelie XC Classic in Wilsonville, OR. 

Nathan Beamer, Arlington WA: He ran 15:49.7 for the win at the Hole In The Wall Invitational in Lakewood WA. 

Jackson Mestler, Sheldon OR: He ran 15:19.0 for a victory in the Varsity Gold race at the George Fox Invitational.

Savannah Carnahan, South Forsyth GA: She won the girls championship race at the Alexander Invitational with 17:08.8.

Ryan Schweizer, Dowling Catholic IA: He won the Fort Dodge Invitational in 15:36 to lead his team to victory.

Trina Moreno, Urbandale IA: She ran 17:51 to win at the Fort Dodge Invitational and lead her team to a 28-point score and victory.

Rachel Bonner, Port Hurton MI: She ran 17:15.9 to win the Div 1 race at the Portage Invitational. 

Isaac Harding, Rockford MI: He ran 15:00 for 5K in the Div 1 race at the Portage Invitational.

Weini Kelati, Heritage VA: She ran 17:11 for 5,000 meters at Bull Run Park in Virginia at the Glory Days Grill Invitational.

Annie Hill, Glacier MT: She ran 16:45 for 3 miles to win the top flighted race at the Capital City 7 on 7 in Helena.

Marshall Beatty, Sentinel MT: He ran 15:05 to win the top flighted race at the Capital City 7 on 7 in Helena. 

Kathryn Gearhart, Easton MD: The senior chopped 35 seconds from her winning time in 2014 at the Tidewater Classic and ran 18:02.5 for a new PR at Salisbury, Md.
