Mt. SAC and the first major weekend of state meets took center stage over the weekend. Here is our list of nominees for the best Run Of The Week. Go ahead and vote for your two favorites.

Run Of The Week:

- Annie Hill, Glacier MT: She ran the fastest 3-mile time for girls in Montana state meet history with 16:30 in Great Falls. 

- Brody Smith, Cody WY: He missed the state meet course record in Wyoming by less than two seconds in Sheridan with 15:23.

- Phillip Rocha, Arcadia CA: Pushed himself within a second of the Mt. SAC course record with 14:24. 

- Brooke Starn, Monte Vista CA: She ran 16:55 on the Mt. SAC course for the fastest time by a girl at this year's massive meet. 

- Sam Clausnitzer, Bismarck ND: Won his second straight Class A title to lead his team to its 11th straight state title.

- Mattie Shirley-Fairbairn, Bismarck ND: She ran 13:47 for 4K to win the state championship in Grand Forks, N.D.

- Alyssa Aldridge, Mainland NJ: She ran a super-fast 16:31 for 5K at the Atlantic County Championships in New Jersey.

- Seth Hirsch, Millard West NE: He won the the Nebraska Class A title with 15:29.3.

- Nevada Mareno, Leesville Road NC: She ran 16:36.18 at the Cap 8 Conference meet on Oct. 20.

- Sarah Leinheiser, Carmel IN: She ran 17:22.3 at the Carmel Semi-State meet in Indiana.

- Jake Perrin, Flathead MT: He won the Montana Class AA title with 14:47.9 for three miles. 

- Courtney Wayment, Davis UT: She ran 17:24.7 to win the Utah Class 5A championship race.

- Casey Clinger, American Fork UT: He won the Utah Class 5A individual title with a 3-mile time of 14:52.8. 

- Alexa Cruz, St. Thomas Aquinas FL: She won the 4A District 13 meet in 17:54.73.

- Isabelle Sparreo, Stevenson IL: She ran 17:05 for 3 miles to win the 3A Lake Forest Regional.
