Kaeo Kruse, Kamehameha-Kapalana HI: He broke the course record with a 3-mile time of 15:22.3 to win the Hawaii state title. Paul Roberts, Lyons CO: He won his fourth consecutive Class 2A title and ran 15:33.7 for the fastest time of the day in Colorado. Katie Rainsberger, Air Academy CO: She ran 17:39 to lead her team to the championship in the Class 4A meet. Lauren Gregory, Fort Collins CO: She ran 18:15.7 for her third straight win in the Class 5A meet. Ella Donaghu, Grant OR: She broke the all-time state meet course record at Lane Community College with 17:26. Ahmed Muhumed, West Salem OR: He became the first state large-school state champion from Salem in 26 years with a Class 6A victory in 15:38. Maegan Doody, Oyster River NH: She ran the fastest time of the day for girls in the Div 2 meet at Derryfield Park, clocking 18:06 for the win. Rachel Morrin, Madison ID: The sophomore ran 18:27.2 to win the Class 5A race on a muddy course at Farragut Park. Hannah DeBalsi, Staples CT: She won the Class LL meet for the third time, running 18:14. McKenzie Yanek, Pleasant Valley IA: She ran 17:55 for a 26-second win in the Iowa Class 4A meet. Ryan Schweizer, Dowling Catholic IA: He ran 15:45.3 to lead Dowling Catholic to the team victory. Finn Gessner, Madison La Follette WI: He won the Division 1 title in 15:44.6 on a rainy day at Wisconsin Rapids. Aubrey Roberts, Eau Claire Memorial WI: She won the Division 1 title in 17:50 and won by 38 seconds. Cheyenne Walden, Sand Springs OK: She ran 17:57.9 to win the Class 6A race by 53 seconds in Edmond. Eleanor Lawler, South Kingston RI: She ran 17:50.6 to win the girls Class A championship. David Principe Jr, La Salle RI: He led La Salle to the Class A championship with a winning time of 15:19.9 at Ponaganset High School. Ben Veatch, Carmel IN: He ran 14:59.8 at LaVern Gibson Championship Course to become just the second runner to go under 15 minutes in the past 18 years. Sarah Leinheiser, Carmel IN: She led Carmel to the team championship with her victory in 17:30.8.
