DyeStat Performance of the Week, March 8, 2016

Here are the nominees for this week's high school performance of the week. This week's list includes a mixture of indoor and outdoor marks. You can vote for two. 

Khalifa St. Fort, unattached FL: Running at the CARIFTA Games Trials, St. Fort ran impressive early season times of 11.39 and 23.64 in the 100 and 200 in Trinidad & Tobago.

Darryl Sullivan, Marion IL: He moved to US#1 in the high jump with a clearance at 7-3 in the SIU Boys Invitational.

Alyssa Wilson, Monsignor Donovan NJ: The junior threw No. 2 all-time 54-11 to win the shot put at Eastern States.

Samantha Watson, Rush-Henrietta NY: The junior claimed the 600 and 1,000 meters at the New York (NYSPHSAA) Indoor state meet on the track at Cornell. She then joined her teammates in the 4x200 relay for another win.

Kaitlyn Neal, Fayetteville-Manlius NY: The senior broke the state meet record in the 3,000 meters with 9:29.85 in a sensational race that saw seven girls go under 10 minutes.  

Lindsey Payne, Glenbard West IL: She ran US#2 10:33.19 in the 3,200 meters at the Lady Panther Invitational -- lapping everyone in the race and winning by 45 seconds.

Maryjeanne Gilbert, Notre Dame IL: The Foot Locker runner-up ran 10:33.90 at the Sterling Newman Open to win the 3,200 by a whopping 80 seconds.

Josh Eiker, Galesburg IL: He ran 6.90 and 21.57 in the 60-and 200-meter dashes at the Charger Invitational.

Kelly Brown, Wilson Magnet NY: He won the New York indoor state title in the 55-meter dash in 6.39 seconds. 

Tyler Johnson, Stivers-Arts OH: He tripled 6.88 (60), 22.34 (200) and 48.22 (400) at the OATCCC Indoor State Championships. 

Gavin Gaynor, Hudson OH: He ran 4:09.14, the top time nationally in a 1,600 meters race, at the OATCCC Indoor State Championships.

Christian Powell, Ben Davis IN: He jumped 24-6.75 to win the long jump at the Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference meet.

Ronel Forde, Shaker NY: He jumped US#1 51-6 in the triple jump at Eastern States. 

Abby Steiner, Dublin Coffman OH: The sophomore doubled 7.38 (60) and 24.07 (200) for a pair of victories at the OATCCC Championships.

Diana Vizza, North Shore NY: She won the New York indoor state title in the 1,500 meters with 4:31.67.

Jamal Walton, Everglades FL: He ran USS#2 46.85 in the 400 meters at the Sam Burley Hall of Fame Invitational.

Eduardo Hererra, Madera South CA: He ran 4:17.00 in the 1,600 meters at the Sanger Spring Classic.

Austin Tamagno, Brea Olinda CA: He ran 1:52.06 in the 800 meters at the Cougar Classic.

Aidan Tooker, Saratoga Springs NY: He won the New York state indoor title in the 3,200 meterss with 9:03.81.

Southwest DeKalb GA boys: The 4x400 relay sped to 3:14.02 in the Lions Showcase, 1:24.72 in the 4x200 and 40.55 in the 4x100.

Adrian Piperi, The Woodlands TX: He joined the 70-foot club in the shot put with 70-1 at the College Park Mitch Reed Invitational.

Caitlyn Collier, The Bolles FL: The sophomore ran 4:51.26 to win the 1,600 meters at the Bolles Bulldog Classic.
