Here are this week's nominees for the high school performance of the week. You can vote for two! Thanks.

 

- Luis Grijalva, Armijo CA: The senior edged St. Joseph Notre Dame's Cooper Teare, 13:58 to 13:59.6, to win 3-mile boys sweepstakes race at Woodbridge Cross Country Classic in Norco.

- Brie Oakley, Grandview CO: The senior won at Woodbridge Cross Country Classic, beating Claudia Lane by 23 seconds, completing the 3-Mile course in 15:53.

- Patrick Bose, Johnston IA: The senior ran 14:54 to win the Heartland Classic in Iowa in a fast race that saw ten runners break 15:30, including Patrick Roos of Edina MN and Will Cole of St. Thomas Acquinas KS.

- Cailie Logue, Girard KS: The senior ran 17:18 for 5k, winning by 36 seconds, at the Missouri Southern Stampede.

- Noah Jacobs, Corunna MI: The senior ran 15:13 to win the MSU Spartan Invitational by 15 seconds. His time was a 22 second improvement over his time at the same meet last year.

- Isabella Fauria, St. Francis Sacramento CA: The freshman won the 3-mile invitational girls race at the De La Salle/Carondelet NIKE Invitational in 17:38 at Newhall Park.

- Alex Maier, Flower Mound TX: The sophomore won the Flower Mound Invitational, running 15:08 in his first victory of the season.

- India Johnson, Hilliard Davidson OH: The senior won a close race over Michaela Reinhart of Lexington Catholic KY at the Trinity/Valkyrie Invitational, completing the 5k course in 17:23.

- James Mwaura, Lincoln WA: The junior won the Fort Steilacoom Invitational, running 15:07 for 5k. It was a 30 second improvement over his time from last year.

- Molly Born, Shawnee Mission Northwest KS: The junior won the Heartland Classic by 47 seconds, running 17:09 for 5k.

- Kashon Harrison, Kirtland Central NM: The sophomore won the Shiprock Invitational, completing the 5k course in 15:26.

- London Culbreath, McKinney North TX: The freshman ran 17:49 for 5k to win the Ken Garland/ Northwest High School Invitational in Denton, TX.

- Charlie Sherman, Loyola CA: The senior ran the fastest 2.95-mile time at the Mt. Carmel Invitational at Balboa Park in San Diego, clocking 15:25.98 to win Division 1 senior boys race.

- Kaylee DuPont, South Forsyth GA: The junior ran 17:55 to win a close race at the Warpath Invitational, leading her team to the team title.

- Alex Slenning, Wilson OR: The junior won the Northwest Classic in Eugene, OR, beating Zane Fodge of McMinnville OR by 16 seconds, running 15:26.

- Alexandra Del Re, Jupiter FL: The freshman ran 18:11 to win the 3A/4A Varsity 5k at the Spanish River Invitational.

- Jacob McCrackin, West Plains MO: The junior ran 15:16 to win the Missouri Southern Stampede, a 53 second improvement over his performance last year.

- Kristin Fahy, La Costa Canyon CA: The sophomore produced the fastest 2.75-mile time at the Mt. Carmel Invitational at Balboa Park in San Diego with her 15:40.96 to prevail in Division 2 sophomore girls race.

- Brian Girffith, Lake Zurich IL: The senior ran 14:34 for 3-miles while winning the Peoria Notre Dame Richard Spring Invitational in a close race over Dylan Jacobs of Sandburg IL.

- Rachel McArthur, Patriot VA: The senior ran 18:07 for the win at the Adidas XC Challenge in her season debut.

- Jack Aho, Grayslake IL: The senior shattered the course record at the Blue Devil Invitational by 30 seconds, winning the 2.95-mile race in 14:13.

- Niamh Hayes, Howell NJ: The senior ran 17:56 to win the Battle at Ocean County to win the 5k race by 35 seconds.

- Caleb Potorff, Lincoln Park Academy FL: The senior won 1A/2A Boys Varsity race at the Spanish Invitational in 15:43.

- Ginger Murnieks, Sprague OR: The sophomore won the Northwest Classic in 18:07, a 22 second victory.
