Olympian Marielle Hall Joins Bowerman Track Club

The Bowerman Track Club announced  on social media that Marielle Hall has joined the training group coached by Jerry Schumacher.

 

We are thrilled to announce that another 2016 Olympian is joining the Bowerman Track Club! Marielle Hall was NCAA Champion in the 5,000m at Texas and a 2015 World Championship team member at 5,000m before making the 10,000m team for Rio. It's an honor to have her come train with our group and a blessing to our long distance track squad. #bowermanbabes #nikerunning

Hall made the US team in the 5,000 meters for the 2015 IAAF World Outdoor Championships and in the 10,000 meters for the 2016 Olympics. She holds personal bests of 4:12.14 in the 1,500 meters, 15:06.45 in the 5,000 meters and 31:37.45 in the 10,000 meters.

Hall won an NCAA D1 championship in the outdoor 5,000 meters as a senior at Texas.

Based on an Instagram post from Emily Infeld, Hall is already in Portland and training with the group. Kate Grace joined the Bowerman Track Club earlier this fall.
