Friday: Chad Johnson used a blistering final kick to win the 5,000 meters title in 14:42.59 and Jacqueline Gaughan nearly lapped the entire field to win the girls race in 16:19.42. Multi eventer Anna Hall won the girls high jump at 5-8.75.

Brodey Hasty led Brentwood TC to the boys distance medley relay title and almost broke the national record. STORY

Kateylyn Tuohy turned in a 4:38 anchor to lead North Rockland,w hich assembled a new group to win its third straight DMR title. NOTEBOOK

 

Saturday

Anthony Schwartz from American Heritage HS of Miami ran a very fast 6.63 in the prelims of the 60-meter dash to break an Armory high school record. The national record is 6.57.

Bullis School broke the national high school record with 30.44 in the shuttle hurdles relay.

Loudoun Valley (The Jungle TC) broke the national high school record in the 4xMile with 17:01.82 stripping almost six seconds off the Christian Brothers Academy NJ record.

 

 

Sunday:  

The Bullis girls smashed their own national record in the 4x200 relay with 1:34.75 to kick off an afternoon of entertaining finals. Anthony Schwartz ran a spectacular time of 6.59 in the 60 dash, Tia Jones edged Grace Stark by .003 seconds in a very fast 60-meter hurdles, and St. Joesph's Prep PA boys closed out the meet with a big finish in the 4x400 relay (3:16.08).
