Renaud Lavillenie Continues Strong Vaulting in TexasBy Adam Kopet Renaud Lavillenie set the world lead in the pole vault two weeks ago at the 91st Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays with a clearance of 19-5 (5.92m). It was a mark equaled by Shawn Barber and Armand "Mondo" Duplantis in the same competition. Competing again in Texas, this time at the Texas Invitational, the French pole vaulter improved on his world lead Saturday, clearing 19-6.25 (5.95m).
