The national indoor meets (New York and Bloomington) added 800 new marks, either from new season bests or new faces meeting DyeStat Elite cutoffs.    Check out 4,000 performances with 18 new US#1 marks, 10 boys and 8 girls.

Armorytrack.com Classic cancelled - The April 1 meet at the NY Armory had been intended to help get Penn Relays qualifying marks for Northeast athletes.  But Bob Burdette, secondary schools chairman of the  Penn Relays, announced Thursday 3/23 that marks from the Armory meet would not be accepted for entry at the Penn Relays.

Today (3/24) is the entry deadline
New entries as of 3/22 include 1999 Pan Am junior sprint champion Dwight Thomas and GA state LJ record holder Terrance Hughey.  Meet official Mark Friedline also announced:  Boys 1600 field added another 4:18. Several 160+ boys discus throwers added. HJ now has 4 6' 8"s and a 6' 10". Girls 800 now has 6 or 7 under 2:18. Boys 4x800 should go well under 8:00. "Boys 400 is now officially smokin!"
