Hey Everyone
We had a team workout at Glendover last night. Glendover is a 2 mile bark chip path that runs along the perimeter of a golf course. It is the home of many aggressive squirrels which always make the run more fun.
We started the evening with a set of general strength and then began our two mile or 14 minutewarm-up. The workout was a minutes workout, we started out with 5 minutes semi-hard then 5 minutes easier, 3 minutes on, 3 off and 1 on, 1 off.
The team did two sets of these minute repeats. We finished the evening with a 2 mile cool down and some light stretching.
