Brody Watt (Bernards NJ), who won the mile at Wedneday's Millrose Games Trials, is due to return to The Armory and is entered in the 1,000 meters. The Penn commit ran 4:16.57 to earn his spot at the Millrose Games in the invitational boys mile. Kennan Byers of Randolph NJ is the top entry in the mile and looking to join Watt on the starting line at Millrose. Delaware cross country champion Anna Bockius of Padua DE is entered in the girls mile and owns a best of 4:51.16. Malina Santee of Horace Greeley NY could also challenge for the win. Sloan Wasserman of John Jay NY, already the US#1 runner in the 3,000 meters, is entered in the girls 2-mile. Ryan Sykes of Horace Greeley, second at the Great American XC Festival in October, is entered in the 2-mile. Aidan Peterkin of Elmont Memorial NY, US#10 in the 300 meters, leads the entries in that event, along with Bergen Catholic NJ sophomore Amiir Woodward. Henry Frasca of The Masters NY, who won the 800 at the Marine Corps Holiday Classic, is the the top entry in the 500 meters. Breanne Barnett of Baldwin, the 400 meters winner at the Hispanic Games, is entered in the 300. Zaria Hall from East Meadow NY is the top entry in the girls 600. In the boys 55 meters, Ian Thomas of Archbishop Stepinac NY and Davell Roswell from Harry S Truman will go head to head. Thomas has run 6.45 seconds, Roswell 6.46. Rohan Tucker from Madison-Boro NJ, who owns an outdoor best of 21.14, is in the 200. Taylor Foster from The Brearley School NY, the New York 100-meter hurdles champion, is entered in the girls 55 hurdles. Kane Poje of Tri Valley NY and Roan Samuels of Salesianum DE will go head to head in the boys shot put. Anna Casciano of The Hun School is the top entry in the girls shot put. More news |
