Senior Sasha Wallace was measured. Nostalgic. Almost relieved more than ecstatic. The duo from Castro Valley High School - both transfers from other schools - pulled off rare doubles to highlight a sensational Bay Area performance in the 95th CIF State Track and Field Championships at Veterans Stadium on the campus of Buchanan High. As expected, Wallace repeated in the triple jump (41 feet, 9 1/2 inches) and 100 hurdles (13.43 seconds). Moore, meanwhile, pulled off personal bests while winning in dramatic fashion.
