Long Beach State CA freshman Tyler Spencer finished 11th in the men's 8-kilometer race at the UC Riverside Highlander Invitational at the Ag-Ops Course in Riverside, Calif. Spencer clocked 24:54 for Long Beach State, which placed third with 110 points.
