Taylor Werner of Puma ran a personal best time of 15:03.13 at the Portland Track Festival to gain a U.S. qualifying mark and a shot of confidence as the biggest meets of the season come into focus. It was Werner's most significant 5,000-meter performance since turning pro and she trimmed 15 seconds from her PR.
