Mead senior Charlottle Cullen from Spokane, Wash. finished second in both the mile and 800-meter races this weekend at the Spokane High School Invitational, running 2 minutes, 13.88 seconds on Saturday in the 800 and 4:57.16 in the mile on Sunday at The Podium in Spokane.
