Jacory Patterson, an adidas professional athlete, placed second in the men's 400-meter final after being edged by Garden State Track Club's Brian Faust by a 45.47 to 45.48 margin at the USATF Indoor Championships at the Albuquerque Convention Center in New Mexico.
