Laura Roesler ran a personal-best 4:12.93 to place eighth in the second section of the women's 1,500 meters at the USATF Distance Classic at Occidental College's Jack Kemp Stadium. Roesler improved on her personal best by nearly five seconds to move into the top 50 in the world this year.
