LSU junior Leah Phillips ran a lifetime-best 7.95 seconds to finish fourth in the women's 60-meter hurdles final at the NCAA Division 1 Indoor Championships at the Albuquerque Convention Center in New Mexico. Phillips placed fourth for the second year in a row, improving her mark from 8.01 last season at the Birmingham CrossPlex in Alabama.
