Carter Cukerstein, representing Legion Track and Shenendehowa Central in New York, won the men's 100-meter dash and 200-meter titles in wind-legal marks of 10.53 seconds and 21.21 seconds at the USATF National Junior Olympic Track and Field Championships at Hornet Stadium at Sacramento State. Cukerstein, an Oklahoma signee, won all six rounds he raced in both events at the meet.
