Published by
Two-time Paralympic gold medalist Ezra Frech joins DyeStat's Keenan Gray on the latest episode of DyeStat Discussions to talk about a historic USATF Para National Championships taking place at Hayward Field for the very first time July 31-August 2 in Eugene, Ore. Frech, who competes for the University of Southern California during the NCAA season, talks about the impact and meaning of having the U.S. para championships at Hayward Field and what that means going forward for all para-athletes who have aspirations of representing the U.S. on the global stage. At last summer's Paralympics in Paris, Frech won gold in the T63 men's high jump and 100 meters. The T63 category is for athletes with single leg amputation above the knee who compete with a prosthesis. Following his journey in Paris, Frech also has a documentary coming out Monday, July 28, called, "Adaptive", which follows himself and three more para-athletes as an in-depth look into their lives as world-class Paralympic athletes. All three episodes of the documentary series will be streamed on Peacock. More videos |
