Charlie Grice, a British professional athlete, won the men's elite mile in 3:57.22 at the Camel City Invitational at JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C. Grice became the fourth-fastest male competitor in meet history, achieving the top winning mark since 2019.
