Kelsey Chmiel, a senior at North Carolina State, took third in the women's 3,000 meters in 8:59.25 at Camel City Elite at JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C. Chmiel lowered her own collegiate facility record after clocking 8:59.96 to finish second last year. Chmiel was credited with an adjusted mark of 8:54.85 based on the flat track conversion at JDL Fast Track.
