GENEVA, Ohio Bridgewater State University junior Ryan Bain (Tewksbury, Mass.) and sophomore Joshua Moore (Cape May, N.J.) finished 11th and 16th, respectively, in the javelin on Thursday afternoon at the 2019 NCAA Division III Men s Outdoor Track & Field Championships held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio.
