GENEVA, Ohio -- Bridgewater State University junior Joshua Higgins (Fitchburg, Mass.) finished 17th in the preliminaries of the 800-meter run on Friday afternoon at the 2019 NCAA Division III Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio.
