YORK, Pa. -- The Christopher Newport men's and women's cross country teams brought home an impressive collection of hardware following their terrific work at the Capital Athletic Conference Championships last weekend as 16 Captains earned All-League plaudits, while Grayson Reid and Emmie Schmitt swept the Athlete of the Year Awards to headline the CNU contingent.
