North Central College men's track and field athlete Luke Winder has been voted the NCAA Division III National Field Athlete of the Year for the 2016 outdoor season by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). This season's National Athlete of the Year and Coach of the Year honorees were announced Thursday.
