BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Plattsburgh State men’s cross country team stacked up well against some of the toughest competition in all of the NCAA, finished 21st out of the 33 teams that took part in the 39th Annual Paul Short Invitational in Bethlehem Pa., on Friday (Sep. 28).
