Hammond Sets School Record in 400-Meter Hurdles on Day One of MEAC Championship

GREENSBORO, N.C. Freshman Iycis Hammond of the Savannah State University women's track team set the school record with a 1:01.67 in the 400-meter hurdles to finish sixth in the preliminary round to qualify for the finals on day one of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference.
