ABOUT Kimberly Ruiz - I am a junior at Wesley Chapel High School. I was born in Miami, Florida and moved to Tampa when I was six years old. My first language was spanish and I can speak portuguese fluently. I have a passion for filming, creating, and trying new things. I like to involve myself in various clubs and activities in school. I have been the Class Secretary for the Class of 2018 for three years and I consider myself to be a good leader. My two little sisters are one of my biggest motivations and I love taking care of them. Being involved is my way to experience new things and meet new people. I’m a very family-oriented girl and I care a lot about my family and will do anything for them. With my parents being immigrants from Brazil, we travel a lot to our home country and I’m very blessed to come from such an amazing background. This has inspired my love for travel. Because my parents have sacrificed a lot for my sisters and I, nothing has stopped me from being a diligent and committed worker. My goal is to make myself and my family proud while entering a profession that I will absolutely love in my future. I may not know what that is yet, but I hope to find that out very soon. More news |
