Troutner, Tuohy Win NXN Titles on Race Day

Aidan Troutner pulled off an upset to win the boys race!

Troutner's win had XC fans everywhere talking.

The Loudoun Valley boys were crowned 2017 NXN champions.

The mud affected everyone at Glendoveer Golf Course, not just those racing

Qualifying for NXN is a huge accomplishment for any team.

In the girls race, Katelyn Tuohy wasted no time running away from the field.

She won the race in a new course record of 16:44, 40 seconds ahead of second place. 

With two key runners overcoming food poisoning and strep throat, Manlius won its 11th NXN title in 12 years.

The Manlius "mascot" Ralphie was there to cheer on the team for the second year!

Drew Hunter showed up to watch his parents coach his alma mater -- and brother -- to a NXN Championship!

The Naperville North girls were excited to hear their Varsity team placed second!

A lot of competitors celebrated the end of a long season with donuts!

Reed Brown can't run at NXN anymore, but that won't stop fans from asking for a picture with him!
