Great Edinburgh XCountry International Challenge Finds New Home After Edinburgh Pulls BackingBy Adam Kopet The Great Edinburgh XCountry International Challenge has found a new home, according to Mark Woods of the Scotsman. As was previously reported, the City of Edinburgh pulled its backing of the event after January's event. The event organizers looked for a new venue in Scotland and the United Kingdom at large. Despite interest from several cities, including Glasgow, the event will go to Stirling, a Scottish city about an hour drive from Edinburgh. The winter cross country event will take place at King's Park for the next three years. The money backing the event will come from the Scottish government. More news
