Outdoor Performances Lead This Week's Performance of the Week ListThe outdoor season is almost fully upon us and there were several top performances in the high school ranks. Additionally, there were some strong professional performances on the roads, including at the United Airlines NYC Half. View the choices and vote for the DyeStat Performance of the Week! Matthew Boling: The high school senior from Houston Strake Jesuit TX won the 100 and 200 meters at the TSU Relays, running 10.22 and 20:58, respectively. (Results). Jocelynn Budwig: The high school senior from Fowler CA won the shot put and discus at the Gateway to Track and Field Invitational with US#1 marks of 47-4.25 (14.43m) and 171-7 (52.29m), respectively. (Results). Joyciline Jepkosgei: The distance runner from Kenya won the United Airlines NYC Half by one minute, running 1:10:07 for the half marathon. (Results). Brigid Kosgei: The distance runner from Kenya won the inaugural Bahrain Night Half Marathon by 41 seconds, running 1:05:28. (Results). Payton Otterdahl: The North Dakota State senior won the discus and finished second in the hammer at the Baldy Castillo Invitational with marks of 196-8 (59.96m) and 220-1 (67.08m), respectively. (Results). Addie Renner: The high school senior from Myers Park NC cleared a US#1 5-11 (1.80m) in the high jump at the Marvin Ridge Invitational. (Results). Caleb Lutalo Roberson: The high school senior from Upland CA ran a US#1 36.96 in the 300-meter hurdles in a league meet against Los Osos CA (Results). Matt Strangio: The high school junior from Jesuit CA won ran a US#1 8:47.97 for the 3,200 meters to win at the Dublin Distance Fiesta. (Results). Belay Tilahun: The distance runner from Ethiopia started with the open runners at the United Airlines NYC Half and beat all of the elite athletes, winning by six seconds in 1:02:10. (Results).
