The women's 3,000-meter field continues to be led by Jenny Simpson making a rare indoor appearance. She will be racing against Sharon Lokedi of Kenya, Amanda Eccleston and Sammy George.

The men's 800-meter field is led by Craig Engels. He will be racing against Drew Piazza, Joe White and Alex Amankwah.

Meet organizers also announced Sammy Watson has been added to the women's 800-meter field where she will face world silver medalist Raevyn Rogers.

The Camel City Invitational is scheduled for Feb. 7-8 at the JDL Fast Track facility in Winston-Salem, N.C.
