Competition Oversight Committee Says Proceed With Previous Dates, Venues By Doug Binder, DyeStat Editor The NCAA released a statement Monday that said in review of feeback from member instutitions and considering current information, the fall sports championships could proceed as scheduled. The Competition Oversight Committee acknowledged that the shifting nature of the Coronavirus could yet change plans, and that varying measures in different states could pose a challenge. But for now, the dates and sites on the calendar for the fall sports championships -- and presumably the seasons that proceed them -- are on. More news |
