On Saturday, May 31 at East Kentwood High School, Davis-Price led the Belleville boys track team to the program’s first state championship, winning the Lower Peninsula Division 1 crown. With the victory, she also became the first female head coach to lead a Michigan boys track team LP Division 1 title. Belleville was paced by senior Will (Jaiden) Smith, who broke a meet record in the 110 hurdles (US#5 13.35), won the 300 hurdles (37.79) and ran on the winning 4x100 relay (41.85).
