NC State Freshman The Latest Collegian To Join Brooks NIL Family After Spending Nearly Two Years With New Balance By Keenan Gray of DyeStat Photo by Michael Golamco NC State freshman Sadie Engelhardt announced Thursday morning she has signed a new Name, Image and Likeness deal with Brooks. After spending nearly two years with New Balance, Engelhardt joins the Brooks NIL family that already includes a handful of well-known collegians like Virginia’s Gary Martin, Washington’s Chloe Foerster and LSU’s Shawnti Jackson. “I’m thrilled to announce my new NIL partnership with Brooks Running,” Engelhardt said. “I’m so grateful for the opportunity to represent a brand that shares my passion and supports runners at every level. It’s a new chapter and stage for me and I’m ready to get after it!” Engelhardt heads to NC State this fall after an outstanding high school career that includes five national titles won and two top-five all-time performances in the mile (4:27.13, No. 2) and 1,500 meters (4:07.78, No. 5). “Fresh off one of the most historic high school track resumes ever recorded, we could not be more thrilled to partner with Sadie as she kicks off what will surely be an inspiring and eye-catching collegiate career,” Brooks said in a released statement.
