Brianna Lyston, a sophomore at LSU representing Jamaica, won the women's 100-meter dash title in a wind-legal 10.91 seconds at the Southeastern Conference Championships at Percy Beard Track in Gainesville, Fla. Lyston, who became the 13th different female athlete from LSU to capture the 100-meter crown, also contributed to a third-place finish in the 4x100-meter relay in 42.49 seconds, as well as clocking a wind-legal 22.37 seconds to finish fourth in the 200 meters, along with contributing to a fifth-place effort in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:28.08 for the Tigers, who captured their first women's team title since 2012 and the 14th in program history with 126 points.
