Talitha Diggs, a sophomore at Florida, won the women's 400-meter title in a lifetime-best 49.99 seconds at the NCAA Division 1 Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Diggs became the first female athlete to sweep the indoor and outdoor 400 crowns in the same year since Courtney Okolo of Texas in 2016. She also equaled the No. 5 all-time collegiate outdoor competitor, matching the performance of USC's Kendall Ellis in 2018.
