Ethan Strand of North Carolina, who smashed collegiate records in both the 3,000 meters and mile during the indoor season, joins DyeStat editor Doug Binder to discuss the upcoming NCAA Indoor Championships at Virginia Beach Sports Complex, March 14-15. Strand, who won many state titles in high school competing for Vestavia Hills AL, reflects on his progress at North Carolina and his friendship with fellow Tar Heel standout Parker Wolfe. Strand and Wolfe are entered together in the 3,000 meters this week and will also run on the team's distance medley relay.
